Cost:  $503 plus GST = 528.15 (includes Early Bird and Admin Fee). Late registrations will not be accepted under any conditions.

Should we not have enough registrants, an additional charge will be required.

  2. To receive the 2-day rate, the same person must attend both days. If a different person attends the second day, there will be an additional fee of $545.
  3. Name changes may be made at any time at no charge, with written notice via email or fax.
  4. A regular meal or a Celiac friendly fruit plate is available but MUST be ordered at time of registration…otherwise pack a lunch!
  5. Transfer between cities - $85 fee applies…see flyer.
