  1. Should we not have enough registrants, an additional charge will be required.

  2. To receive the 2-day rate, the same person must attend both days.

  3. Name changes may be made prior to the commencement of the seminar at no charge. However, a written notice by email (info@videotax.com) is required. Please note the registrations cannot be split and the same person must attend all sessions. If the name change is completed after the seminar material has been shipped, it will be the registrant’s responsibility to ensure the new attendee receives the textbook.

  4. Notice of cancellations must be sent in writing to info@videotax.com. Cancellations received more than 7 days prior will be subject to a $85 fee. No refunds for cancellations received within 7 days of the seminar. Fees are subject to applicable tax. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. If the textbooks have already been mailed, it will be the registrants’ responsibility to return the material. Refunds will be processed at that time.

  5. Transfers between Tax Update Events: Transfer requests must be received in writing to info@videotax.com. Transfers received more than 7 days prior to the earlier seminar will be subject to a $35 fee. No transfers will be processed within 7 days of the earlier seminar. Please note fees are subject to tax. Registration rate differences may apply. Depending on timing of the transfer, we may not be able to guarantee the printed textbook will be delivered in time. Options can be discussed prior to processing the transfer.

  6. An email address for each registrant is required. (Please note: We are not able to process registrations unless a unique email address is provided for each participant.)

  7. New! A mailing address is required for any registrant requiring textbooks to be shipped to a different address than the main contact. If a separate shipping address is not received, all textbooks will be sent to the main contact and it will be your responsibility to distribute.

  8. Copyright Alert - The materials are for the registrant only.

IN-PERSON OPTIONS

With the uncertainty around in-person gatherings and travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the positive response from last year's registrants, we are excited to offer this course virtually again for 2021.

Virtual live sessions will be offered from September through November and sorted by geographic location so that we can deliver targeted, practical tax information. Registrants can join us for 2-full-day or 4-half-day sessions. All virtual live events will include a textbook and access to the session recording for two weeks.

* Those registering for the virtual course will be given the first opportunity to transfer to the live event. We will do a straight transfer (no fees or price difference) if an in-person event becomes available. If there are still spots left, we will notify those on the mailing list. Please note, registrants for these events will be required to follow strict protocols to ensure the safety of all attending.
