Areas of Practice:Corporate Tax Planning; Representation & Litigation and Personal Tax Planning

Dane’s practice covers a broad spectrum of taxation law matters including corporate and personal tax planning.  Dane received his Bachelor of Arts Degree (with great distinction) from the University of Lethbridge in 2005.   In 2008, Dane graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta.  Prior to joining Felesky Flynn in 2011, Dane was employed by a major Alberta-based firm in Edmonton where he practiced in the areas of employment law and general litigation.
